Commonly referred to as Walk and Talk Therapy, or EcoTherapy, our Nature therapy sessions are an amazing way to enhance the therapy experience. Physical movement and psychotherapy combined can be very powerful and rewarding, and often can be a very enriching and special way of achieving goals.
Some people may find sitting and talking overwhelming, nature therapy offers a unique way for a person to discuss their issues, in a less confronting manner. Combining nature therapy, with psychotherapy, can be an extremely rewarding experience, benefiting from moving your body, giving a powerful sense of increased wellbeing, whilst gaining insights which often creates an enriched and rewarding experience.

Formally known as G.E.T.S. Group exercise sessions, our Group Walk and Talk Nature Therapy Sessions, are available in the Yeppoon region. These sessions are a small group and capped at ten participants. Bookings are essential.
One on One Bush Therapy/small group Bush Therapy sessions are available by appointment. Whether you like to walk and talk, sit and meditate, or explore the nature, this is a rare therapeutic opportunity. Appointments are necessary.
