Tricia Stewart
Tricia is the Founder of Your Way Psychology, which for past 25 years, has been known as Tricia Stewart Psychology Practice. Tricia has provided Psychology Services in both the Public and Private Sector.
Tricia's experience and background extends from working as a rehabilitation counsellor for Workcover while still completing her Bachelor Degree. She worked for Blue Care as a Support Coordinator and was the house-parent for 9 lively teenage girls for 2 years, also while completing her Graduate Diploma.
In her early training she was as a telephone counsellor for Life-Line. This training really helped to lay critical foundation for the next 7 years as a Mental Health Worker in Dalby, Chinchilla and Tara. While living in Yeppoon she was the Manager of Mental Health Services for the Rockhampton District before moving over to the Rockhampton Hospital to become the Psychologist for Older People.
She has successfully run her own Private Practice in Dalby, Chinchilla, Tara, Millmerran, Yeppoon, Rockhampton, Gold Coast, and has returned to Yeppoon once again to provide services.
Tricia holds a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Psychology. and has completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Psychology specialising in Health Psychology. She is an AAPI member and a member of the Outdoors Queensland.
